EAP – Energy Assistance Program

HCSS is working with the United Way of Central Indiana to connect eligible seniors with the  EAP program.  The energy assistance program provides financial assistance to low-income households to maintain utility services during the winter heating season.  Eligibility for the program is based on income and family size.  Hendricks County residents that are age 60 or older can call the HCSS to schedule an appointment.  For anyone under 60 years of age, or residents outside Hendricks County, call 211 to make an appointment, or for more information.

Donations for the above services are encouraged.
