There are numerous ways, and many good reasons, to get involved at the Hendricks County Senior Center. Membership at the center offers you access to many fitness classes each month to enrich your health and well-being and many other activities. We also welcome volunteers, and offer rewarding opportunities to get involved through volunteering. Either way, we invite you to get to know the Center and our vibrant community of active seniors.
Volunteer
HCSS has many wonderful volunteers and we are always looking for more to join us. Volunteers assist in all areas of the agency and make it possible to maintain and expand the services we offer. Volunteer areas include: class instructors, club and project coordination, administrative assistance (receptionist, computer and mailing), kitchen crew, gardeners, pet therapy visits, and special events.
